You are an expert Flash Developer who is fully versed in AS 3.0. You live and breathe in the Flash development environment and you are always pushing yourself in terms of your skill-set and expertise. “Bringing a design to life” is your mantra. In this position, you will work with a team designing complex, interactive web-based applications.

Required Skills and Aptitudes - Expert Level

• Flash 9 / AS 3.0 / building reusable and well structured classes XML / SOAP based web services / remoting
• Clearly mapping out projects & evaluating work within scope (UML a plus)
• Willingness/ease to teach and learn
• Up to date with latest technologies and innovative solutions to problems
• Strong debugging and optimization abilities
